How Payment Works

I keep my fee structure simple and transparent. I’m a private‑pay practice, which means I’m not contracted with insurance companies. Many clients choose this route because it gives them more privacy, more flexibility, and more control over their care. If you’d like to use out‑of‑network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance.

Why Private Pay?

Private pay allows us to work together without insurance limitations, diagnosis requirements, or session caps. It also protects your privacy — your information stays between us and is not shared with insurance databases.

Good Faith Estimate (No Suprises Act)

Under the No Surprises Act, you’re entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services. You’ll receive this in writing before we begin working together.

Why Your Investment Matters - Choosing the Right Therapist

The most expensive therapy is the kind that doesn't work. Choosing the right therapist isn't about finding the lowest hourly rate—it is about finding the exact clinical fit required to create real momentum.

My commitment is to meet you exactly where you are, offering acceptance and a space where you are genuinely seen without judgment. I view us as "think partners" in this work. Together, we will leverage your inherent strengths while directly addressing what is actively hurting your connection. By accurately reflecting your reality and understanding your perception, we generate the exact traction you need to create the change you want. Your investment must yield outcomes; a deliberate, structured process that actually repairs the foundation. You will find this in our work together.

Let’s build something new, together.

Real relational repair isn't about forcing an old, broken system to work—it is about having the courage to do it differently. As your think partner, I meet you exactly where you are with absolute acceptance, helping you break the disconnect and gain the exact traction you need. What to Know Before We Start Working Together - FAQs

How do I know if we’re a good fit? We’ll start with a consultation call to talk about what you’re looking for and what I offer. If it feels like a match, we’ll schedule your first session.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? I ask for 48 hours’ notice to avoid a late‑cancel fee. Life happens — communication is key.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card? Yes, most HSA/FSA cards work for therapy services.

What happens during a consultation call? It’s a brief conversation where we explore your goals, discuss my approach, and answer any questions you have. It’s not therapy — it’s a chance to see if working together feels right.

Do you work with couples or only individuals? I work with individuals and couples. If you’re unsure which format fits your situation, we can talk about it during your consultation.

How does telehealth work in Washington State? I provide secure, HIPAA‑compliant telehealth sessions to clients located anywhere in Washington.

Do you offer weekly or bi‑weekly sessions? Most clients meet weekly or every other week, depending on their needs and goals.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments? Yes — I offer evening and weekend telehealth sessions to make therapy more accessible.

What if I want longer sessions? Extended sessions and Intensives are available if you prefer more time to go deeper into your work. During your consultation, we can discuss what an Intensive would mean for you.
